Application to Enrol
After attending a Talk & Tour, prospective families will need to fill out and submit an Application to Enrol Form. This form registers your daughter’s interest in enrolling at the Academy, and gives us relevant information to further your application.
When you submit an Application to Enrol, you will also need to:
- pay a non-refundable administration fee of $150
- include a recent school report
- supply a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate
- provide a copy of your daughter’s baptism certificate (if applicable).
Although our usual intake is at Year 7, we would be delighted to discuss your daughter’s enrolment in any year level at the Academy.
Enrolling Year 7
Entry is normally at Year 7 and applications for enrolment are made when a student is in Grade 5, according to dates established by the Archdiocese of Melbourne. The College accepts applications up to and including this date. We recommend that Application for Enrolment forms for Year 7 are lodged by the end of Term 2 in your daughter’s Grade 5 year.
Once you have submitted an application, you are invited to attend an interview. In October of your daughter’s Grade 5 year, the College will contact you via email and/or mail regarding the enrolment outcome.
Enrolling Years 8–12
Enrolments are accepted throughout the year. Applications for entry to Year 8 to Senior Level are usually taken in the year prior to enrolment. Placements are offered following a successful interview with the Principal or member of the Leadership Team.
