Parents' Association
The aims of the Parents’ Association are:

To provide the opportunity for parents to meet

To provide an avenue for the involvement of parents in the College
-
To assist in providing services and amenities for the College, especial events, fundraising
-
To conduct social functions that allow staff, students and parents to develop communication and closer cooperation.
The Parents’ Association is not involved or concerned with the internal running or decisions of the College administration.
Meetings are held on a date and place fixed at the first meeting each year. Currently these meetings take place on Monday evening 7.45pm - 9.00pm. (approx 8 for the year)
The Academy Parents' Association has donated a significant amount annually to the College from fundraising efforts which have included.

Students continue to benefit from the provision of school equipment such as computers, musical and audio visual equipment.
The Parents’ Association hosts an annual twilight "Mocktail" Party for Years 11 and 12 parents and students. In March a Years 7 and 8 Family Twilight BBQ hosted by the Parents’ Association in the College grounds allows school families to meet each other in an informal family oriented atmosphere.
